About Us
| Lisa Aldon spent 20 years in engineering
manufacturing organization, with the last 10 years in management.
During which she was the Project Team Leader responsible for
creation and implementation of a new business venture for the
company. Prior, Lisa was Group Manager responsible for providing
technical leadership, direction, and recruitment for the
Development Test Engineering Group. She received her Masters in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego, with a concentration in organizational change where she studied the Mondragon Cooperatives. Her undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University. Since returning to New Mexico, Lisa was involved in training for the Institute for Intercultural community Leadership and the Santa Fe Community College. She was a Program Educator for a non-profit that facilitated youth leadership skills while connecting them with the environment using non-released wild animals. She was also the Director of the Highschool at the Nizhoni School for Global Consciousness where she taught international students math, physics and leadership. In addition, she is actively involved with professional organizations by being a keynote speaker and facilitator at major conferences. She currently works for Central New Mexico Community College, CNM, at the Workforce Training Center in charge of Program Development. |
