| It is a process by which in the leadership
relationship, we raise one another to higher levels of motivation,
morality and consciousness thereby co-creating the future in the
essence of "spiritual humanism", made manifest in the core values
of trust, respect, love and integrity/mindfulness. I feel that in
the leadership relationship, there is an ebb and flow that allows
an awakening of self and with greater awakening we will save
ourselves, the animals and Gaia. Why Now?
There is a book called "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell. He
defines a tipping point by "that magic moment when an idea, trend,
or social behavior crosses a threshold... tips..... and spreads
like wildfire". We are evolving as individuals and as we evolve,
the communities and organizations in which we live and work evolve
as well. We are moving from Malsow's and Clare Graves stages of
"deficiency needs" to an integrated world view and into a more
enlightened stage of "being needs".How can it help organizations and community? -
